“The oral cavity is the gateway to one’s body, and can show how other systems of the body are responding and functioning. Our duty as oral healthcare providers is not only to make sure teeth are looking and performing well but also examining and monitoring other signs that may indicate aliments such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and other systemic conditions.”
We welcome Klaus, his German short haired pointer, to our dental family in 2019. In Erik's limited spare time you can find him hiking, skiing, running and cooking with his wife Rachel or escaping to remote spots in Vermont.
