Dr. Mayo and his assistant, Alicia, solved a serious dental issue that I was suffering with for a very long time. They were extremely nice and friendly as they intricately performed a complex procedure successfully. I left feeling amazing and confident because of their qualified abilities to “fix the problem” without being judgmental towards me (or my teeth). I came to this dentist after a poor experience at a previous practice. I knew that I would be needing a lot of involved work, and the staff at Dickerson made my time at their office extremely simple and "painless" (literally & figuratively!). I’m a newer parent of this practice as of this year and I’m so impressed with the care, attention, and compassion everyone in this office has for their patients. Being semi uncomfortable being at the dentist (and my partner absolutely terrified tbh) none of that didn’t even cross our minds once we met the wonder staff there during our cleanings, consultations, and appointments we’ve been to. Our dentist Dr. Mayo was wonderful with explaining in detail and step by step what he was doing during the visit really truly calmed our nerves. Also my wonderful hygienist Nicole; she’s so down to earth and easy to talk to, as well as super gentle with everything she does really just makes me feel super welcome and comfortable during. Even the front desk was fast and friendly. From Julie at check in, to Brooke at check out. I know it’s super cliche to say they “treat you like family” but they really do, and I’m so glad I’ve found this office. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for an amazing practice! OH I almost forgot, this practice literally has EVERYTHING! To oral surgeons, to ortho, literally everything is there. You won’t have to refer out! So that’s suupppeerrr awesome!

Loved the experience I had at Dickerson Dental in Randolph.From the moment you walk in, you can tell the culture is a family. Everyone in the front were very helpful and will take the time to explain things you don’t understand about your treatment / payment requirement. Brooke S from the front was very helpful in explaining my coverage plan and what my options were for future visits for things I wanted to get done for my dental hygiene.My hygienist Liv is upcoming, but it felt like she was a veteran of 10 years. She was very careful during my cleaning and constantly asked me if I was doing ok (I have dental anxiety) during my cleaning. I don’t remember the head dentist name, but he was also thorough going through my x-rays.Overall I had a very good experience, I’m sharing this for the people who get worked up before these appointments. I would like to acknowledge Melissa who went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable at our recent consultation. My 11 year old daughter and I met with the oral surgeon to discuss the surgery she will be needing. Hearing about the procedure left her very nervous. When Melissa came to take a scan of my daughter's mouth, she could tell she was upset and took the time to ask her what was making her nervous. She explained the whole procedure in "kid terms", calming all of my daughter's fears and leaving her feeling very comfortable with what the doctor would be doing. We cannot thank Melissa enough for taking that extra time with her. She made such a difference in my daughter's day and her overall experience. We always have a great experience in your office, but this one was truly outstanding.

My children had their orthodontist consultations today. The process was seamless I filled out all my paper work online in advance so check in was quick and easy. We were seen right away the kids had x rays and their consults with their orthodontist. By the end of the visit we had a plan in place and their braces come on next week all of this done within an hour. Very friendly professional and efficient staff. Can’t wait for the end results.

My hygienist, Dominique, is incredible - I have periodontal disease so I’ve already come in three times, and each time she’s so patient, kind and knowledgeable. She explains everything in detail, and is gentle but thorough in her cleaning. Melissa, who works on the pediatric side, is also so nice! She was covering the front desk when I scheduled an appointment for my 4 year old, since it’s my daughter’s first appt, she took her time explaining the process with me and how the appointment would go. I cant say enough how great this place is. The pediatric care they have is outstanding. The dental assistants and Dr. Cory are great with children. My daughter is very reactive to needles. Needing novacaine for the procedure was nerve racking for me. They managed for her to not even see the needle. She left happy and smiling not even realizing what happened in her mouth. They explain everything and answer all your questions with needed information and a wonderful bedside manner. I can't thank them enough for how they handle children.
