The service, commitment, honestly, discipline, respect and quality of treatment I have received at Dickerson is something that I have never experienced anywhere else. They helped me with some serious dental issues I had which resulted in wisdom + molar tooth extraction in an oral surgery. While other dentists suggest totally unnecessary treatments or additions for the treatment, the dentists at Dickerson were really straight-forward and just did what was necessary. They were also pretty prompt in follow-ups, very responsive when I had questions and also helped me pay my bills with an excellent Payment Plan. I had to move away from Randolph though a few months later and am still not sure if I can find a dentistry as good as theirs. I really miss their service and I am really satisfied that I chose them during a time when I had a bunch of ongoing dental issues. I highly recommend them as an one stop shop for all dental solutions.

This is my 3rd visit to Dickerson Dental Group.I was here for a cleaning and check up. The dental hygienist, Nicole, greeted me after I showed up late. Nicole made me feel comfortable and never made me feel rushed due to my arriving late.We spoke about any issues I may have been having and she then began doing what she does really well. Nicole cleaned my teeth painlessly and effortlessly explaining in detail each step as she proceeded. Again, due to my late arrival, she never once made me feel rushed or shorted on time. Nicole was very pleasant, professional, and most importantly, gentle. Dr. Mayo came in and greeted me and also discussed any concerns I may have been having. Dr. Mayo examined me and was warm, friendly, and professional during his time with me. He, too, never made me feel rushed. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Mayo, Nicole and the office staff.

We love it here! I have 3 kids under 12, and you would think it would be a stressful day at the dentist... but they do so good! One of them gets very nervous but Brooke is so great with them all. So glad that I ended up at Dickerson Dental. It was the best move I made for myself and family. It started out with following my dentist, Dr. Fernandez after losing him and my hygienist at the same time at my previous office. This office is extremely clean, very modern, every single staff member is friendly, professional, caring and make you feel very important, doctors are knowledgeable and thorough. Brooke is always so sweet and funny towards the kids, making them feel extremely relaxed and welcome. Dr. Danae is also so amazing with both my girls. Dr. Dickerson and Irene provided me a comprehensive quote with cost breakdown for all the work I need--no frills or upselling here. Dr. Gangoli and the techs did a stellar job with my wisdom teeth (and other extractions)--zero complications or pain and I was back to my normal routine in only a few days. I the n was introduced to Olivia the hygienist.. Also very nice. Gave me good tips on teeth maintenance. Dr Mayo reassured me he could get my teeth back in shape. I saw Dr. G. FERNANDEZ a couple of weeks ago. I was recommended to him because I had previous dental work that left me in agony. Dr. FERNANDEZ took his time. I had no pain with the novacane shots, he took his time to find and address the issue. He allowed me to take breaks from having my mouth open (that was important to me because I hate swallowing during dental work). He also is very calm as dentistry can be frightening. Front desk personnel were also amazing. Thanks to everyone. The pain is gone and I will be back.

Fairly new to the office. My son has been here for orthotics, he had a rough start with the braces. But every time I called for an issue they were quick to get us an appointment to come in and have whatever fixed.I started in September with a cleaning, but since I’ve been coming here with my son, they knew me already. My appointment started fast, and all went well, was in and on my way in no time.I highly recommend this office, all the staff, doctors, and everyone in between are fabulous.
